EPC ratings are changing, and at Exterior Plas we’re here to help you understand these changes. 📊

From 2025, all residential rental properties will need an EPC rating of “C” or above. This is to make homes more energy efficient and reduce carbon emissions as part of the government’s targets.

The penalty for not having a valid EPC will also be raised from £5K to £30K. ⬆️

One of the things an EPC assessor will look at is your windows, and if they’re not in the best condition this can badly affect your scoring.
